With Rome as the singular inspiration for Mother Wolf, Chef Evan Funke’s rich and soulful cooking echoes themes of shepherds, popes, farmers and artisans with wafer-thin wood fired pizzas, hyper-seasonal antipasti and the exceptional pastas for which Funke is renowned. The Line Cook is responsible for always delivering the highest quality food and service. Our line cooks keep the kitchen moving and buzzing and are a crucial member of the kitchen team and guest experience.

Communicate all kitchen related needs to Chef or Manager.
Cook and plate all food according to recipe specifications.
Manages the quality of food items and stores food products correctly (FIFO).
Must be able to assist with cleaning projects.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times, maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
Assists in control of inventory and supplies.
Exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials.
At least one (1) years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Current food handler card.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
