The Residence Concierge has a unique opportunity to connect with, and know what matters most to our homeowners, allowing you to provide genuine, intuitive, and personalized service. You will need a wealth of knowledge and experience to assist the residents with their many needs and requests. The Front Desk is a high-activity center and requires managing arrivals, ensuring a smooth move-in experience, managing extensive amounts of deliveries, answering phones, and coordinating timely service with all team members.
Efficiently manage the front desk operation including; welcoming homeowners and their guests, directing vendors, deliveries and outside services, handle phone inquiries and communicate with leadership on priorities and residents’ requests and feedback.

Coordinate with the hotel for any resident request for services, reservations, or guest accommodations. Ensure clear communication between the hotel team and Seaway Residence team to give a seamless experience for the residents.
What You Bring Previous experience in a luxury residential property.
A strong knowledge of the city, and the ability to match recommendations to the residents’ expectations.
