We are recruiting for our Games & Buyer Ecosystem Team in China that can bring best practices and leverage their expertise here at Whatnot. Promotions, Task achievement systems, virtual point system) that guide users and encourage ongoing engagement.
Continuously analyze performance metrics and user feedback to refine product strategies, ensuring we deliver enjoyable experiences.
People who do well at Whatnot tend to be comfortable figuring things out as they go, biased toward action, and genuinely curious about what they're building. As our next Senior Frontend Engineer, you should have 5+ years of frontend web development experience, plus:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proficient in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Experienced with front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Next.js
You are known for shipping products and features lightning-fast.
Understanding of backend technologies, creating seamless connections between the frontend and backend.
Good written and verbal English communication skills without relying on translation apps
Bonus:
Experience building E-commerce products
Fullstack or mobile development experience
