Full Time Physiatrist Needed

Overview
We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist for our growing practice in Yakima, WA. This position is 100% outpatient care, providing exemplary patient care for established and new patients. Must be an excellent team player and work well with other providers in our team‑based treatment approach. The practice offers an innovative integrated wellness setting with a 4‑day work week (Mon‑Thurs) and excellent work‑life balance.
Duties
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions focused on rehabilitation, mobility, and function.
Educate patients on exercise, injury prevention, posture, and body mechanics.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to integrated care planning.

Compensation (range)
$95k – $125k (DOE) plus bonus compensation
