Senior recruiter recruitment

City Lifestyle is hiring for a Senior Recruiter to recruit the best talents for the company by covering the whole recruitment process from start to finish. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, cold calling and interviewing potential franchisees, sourcing potential franchisees, creating a pipeline of potential future franchisees, and collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure the best candidates are selected.

Perform full cycle recruiting for requested roles including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing top talent in conjunction with the Regional Recruiting Director.

conduct phone and video, and in-person interviews.

Organize candidate data and all communication in one platform.

Ensure communication with candidates is quick and professional at all stages from the moment they submit their applications until the moment they are hired, rejected, or withdraw their applications.

Proven recruiting experience in both Full Cycle and Front Line Recruitment.

Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.

Experience screening and evaluating candidates through various methods (phone interviewing, video, in person, etc.).

Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

2+ years of experience in Full Cycle Recruiting.

Franchise and sales experience is a plus but not required.
