Your Role: As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and supporting the health and well-being of our residents. Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes
Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
Promote restorative care and encourage resident independence
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Support and mentor nursing staff to foster a positive team environment
Ensure resident safety, dignity, and comfort at all times
Assist with additional duties as assigned by leadership
Who We’re Looking For: Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Passion for providing compassionate and personalized care
Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated professional
Strong communication and leadership skills
Desire to grow within a supportive healthcare environment
