Restoration Cost Estimator

We are actively seeking a motivated and professional Reconstruction Estimator to join a well-established and rapidly growing restoration company located in West Covina, CA . This company has built a strong reputation for excellence in residential and commercial restoration, serving clients throughout Southern California. This position is ideal for a driven and detail-oriented Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in professionalism, quality, and client satisfaction. You’ll step in after mitigation to handle estimating and reconstruction for both residential and commercial projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

Create detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate and Symbility following mitigation and contents restoration.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation from estimate to closeout.
Participate in company culture and team initiatives, including quarterly meetings and community service events.
1-3+ years of experience in restoration estimating or project management (minimum of 1 year required).

• Strong knowledge of Xactimate and Symbility software.
• Proven ability to manage multiple estimates/projects simultaneously.
• Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and excellent communication skills - “people person” mindset.
• this company sets a high bar for professionalism .
• Background in both residential and commercial reconstruction (projects $100K+ preferred).

Competitive base salary + commission + bonus potential (all current estimators earn over six figures)
