PLUMBER JOURNEYMAN OR MASTER (FULL-TIME)

Journeyman Plumber
We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Journeyman Plumber position located at 43371 North Kenworth Road, San Tan Valley, AZ 85140. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full‑time; days may vary from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Full‑time and part‑time positions are available, providing flexibility to meet scheduling needs.

Requirement: Four years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance, repair, replacement, operation and renovation of plumbing equipment and facilities.

Make decisions on normal and complex repairs and consult with the Operations Manager and upper management.

Read and understand blueprints, specifications or models; plan work layout and perform routine calculations.

Review outside vendor projects and create punch lists.

Analyze and correct complex building system problems, alone or as part of a team.

Maintain systems, equipment and facilities in a clean, safe operating condition in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.

Determine manpower, material needs and deadlines for jobs or projects.

Maintain logs, perform rounds and recommend modifications or improvements of preventive maintenance systems.

Use the site CMMS: update work statuses and document tasks completed in real time with a mobile device.

Contribute to a safe work environment by reporting accidents and unsafe conditions promptly.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High‑school diploma or equivalent and at least 8 years of training and work experience, including 4 years in a DOL‑accredited Apprentice Program plus 4 years as a Journeyman Plumber.

Valid Journeyman Plumbing license and proof of a valid RMP endorsement.

Valid Class "C" driver’s license.

Rudimentary ability to operate hand‑operated construction equipment.

Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds and perform strenuous labor for extended periods, including kneeling, bending and stooping.

Working Conditions

Exposure to high heat, noise, dust or dirt; infection control areas.

Required to meet daily completion deadlines and work all hours, including weekends and nights, to maintain facilities safely and appropriately.
