Brian Harris - State Farm is looking for motivated Entry Level Insurance Sales Closers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and turning qualified opportunities into successful sales.

You'll work with pre-qualified appointments generated by our Appointment Setters, allowing you to focus on what you do best—understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing business.

Connect with pre-qualified prospects through phone and video conversations.

Conduct needs-based consultations to understand customers' insurance needs and goals.

Build trust and rapport with prospective customers.

Answer questions and confidently address customer concerns and objections.

Guide customers through the application and closing process.

Follow up with prospects to help move opportunities toward a decision.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM.

Continue developing your product knowledge and sales skills through training and coaching.

Excellent listening and customer service skills.

Professionalism and a customer-focused approach.

Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty or Life & Health Insurance license .

Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills are a major plus. .

Previous sales, customer service, retail, or insurance experience is a plus, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
