Head of Project Management

Project ManagerAs a project manager, you will play a key role in guiding the successful execution of the system staging process. You will foster strong relationships with work partners at all levels and provide regular updates on progress to ensure expectations are aligned, while collaborating with internal teams to anticipate and mitigate challenges, ensuring smooth project execution. In addition to managing project delivery, you will contribute to process improvements and driving the material management process.Develop and manage project schedulesIdentify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.Implement processes and manage changes to ensure program goals are accomplishedWork closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and timing for programs.Work with key stakeholders to identify, analyze and assess program risks. Establish and track risk mitigation plans. Present material status for staging projects weekly, and manage allocation of material shortages.Represent organization in leadership roles for complex projects.Qualifications:Proven experience in project management.Experience in stakeholder management.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Continuous Improvement and Data Analysis.Strong understanding of procurement process and materials management.Proficient in Google Applications – Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive.Certification: PMP and/or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.Target Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 USDConsistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
