Salesperson Part Times Sales

Job Summary:
The Ups Store #5128 is looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. In this role, you will assist customers with their shipping, printing, and packaging needs while providing exceptional customer service. This is a part-time hourly position in the franchise industry located in Lake Charles, Louisiana. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers with shipping, printing, and packaging needs
• Process transactions, including cash and credit card payments
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Promote and sell additional products and services offered by The Ups Store #5128
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and services
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Follow all franchise operational policies and procedures
• Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
