Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to enrich the lives of our residents through individualized treatment plans and comprehensive rehabilitation services.
Parklands Care Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Per‑Diem Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our growing rehab team. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA plays a key role in helping residents improve mobility, manage pain, and regain independence. Implement therapy treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist
Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and mobility activities
Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress and response to treatment
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
Collaborate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team
Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state/federal regulations
Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
Current Florida PTA license (or eligibility)
Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings preferred
