Provide exceptional customer service and greet employees and visitors.
Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
Use excellent customer service and communication skills to deescalate tense or potentially violent situations.
Accurately document and report incidents, activities, and observations using company-approved forms and protocols.
Inspect the premises for security risks, hazards, or violations and report findings to the appropriate personnel.
Comply with all state regulations, including maintaining current unarmed security license in Florida.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid D Security License in the state of Florida.
Must have at least 3 years of security experience in Gatehouse, Rover and Front Desk.
Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
Biweekly pay via direct deposit.
