Job TitleEssential Functions/Duties:Support manufacturing operationsAssist with costing production materialAnalyze monthly resultsForecast monthly spending and variancesAnnual budget analysis/preparationAssist with Physical Inventory preparation/analysisSupport the month end close processComplete journal entriesComplete account reconsComplete monthly reportingAssist with project trackingMiscellaneous analysisPerform other duties as assignedRequired knowledge/skills/abilities and other minimum qualifications:Bachelors Accounting, Business, Finance0 to 3 years Accounting / Finance experienceCost Accounting experience a plusStrong attention to detailsAbility to effectively communicate verbally and in writing at all levelsAbility to perform duties in a timely mannerFollow-through on tasks and assignmentsMicrosoft Excel proficiencyWilling to learn and grow in skills and knowledgePreferred Qualifications:Familiar with ERP systems (QAD)OneStream Financial System3 years experience in AccountingData Analysis tools - SQL / Cyberquery / Data CubesCPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CPA candidateExperience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
