URGENTLY HIRING: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Anchorage, AK * Starting Salary: $20.00 – $28.50/hr Full-Time | Mon–Fri | Non-Exempt

Promote the well-being of the patients at IMA by considering all aspects of patient care which encompasses the patient's physical, psychological, spiritual, social and educational needs. Interaction and coordination of efforts with other employees and physicians in a fast-paced medical office environment.

Collect patient history and chief complaints

Prioritize urgent vs. Document patient information in the medical record

Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program

• 1+ year medical office experience (preferred)
• Strong medical terminology knowledge
• Typing speed ~60 WPM (preferred)
