Bilingual HR Generalist Details:
- Direct hire position
- $Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
Partner with leaders and employees to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Administer HR programs, including benefits, leave management, and policy compliance.
Conduct investigations, coach supervisors, and help resolve employee concerns.
Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Serve as a bilingual resource by translating communications and supporting English- and Spanish-speaking employees.
Bilingual HR Generalist Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- 5+ years of direct Human Resources experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment required.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) with the ability to support a diverse workforce.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employment law compliance, and HR best practices.
