Zytek Medsearch is seeking a Director of Total Rewards for the Americas to manage compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of leadership experience in Total Rewards, strong knowledge of compensation structures, and a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field. Expected salary ranges between $150K-$155K.
