Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at St. Anthony Park Home, a warm and welcoming skilled nursing facility in the historic St. As an LPN at St. Anthony Park Home, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our seniors in a home-like environment.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for:

Scheduling and performing rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care
Assuring the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments
Monitoring the status of residents and consulting with nurse management as needed

Competitive hourly rate of $32.5 - $37.5/HOUR

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state licensure as an LPN

Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred
Ability to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees
Possess advanced computer skills, including email use
