Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes with a focus on agent architecture and automation, guiding customers through adoption and optimization of Agentforce.
Deep understanding of AI agent design principles, including topics, actions, prompts, and orchestration, and awareness of how data quality and architecture affect agent performance.

Preferred Experience Experience with Data360 or other Customer Data Platforms grounding AI agents in trusted data.
Experience implementing Salesforce Clouds and multi-cloud scenarios (Sales, Service, Industries, Marketing, or Commerce).
Familiarity with Salesforce Architecture Domains: Integration, Access and Identity Management, Data Architecture, Sharing and Visibility, Declarative and APEX Development.
Experience designing, building, or evaluating AI agents, LLM-based automation, or conversational AI solutions.
Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, .NET, SQL.
