General Dentistry
Infection Control License
Prior work as a Dental Hygienist in a clinic or private practice.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency with EMR systems (Dentrix/Eaglesoft) and medical imaging equipment.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong command of OSHA standards, HIPAA compliance, and infection control protocols.
Expertise in root planing, patient charting, and medical coding.
Experience with both pediatric and general dentistry is highly preferred.
A calm, professional demeanor and the ability to explain complex dental terminology in patient-friendly language.
Conduct thorough patient assessments (vital signs, medical history, and oral exams) and capture high-quality digital radiographs.
Empower patients with personalized counseling on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment recovery.
Administrative Integrity: Flow Management: Optimize patient flow and coordinate with the front office to ensure a seamless clinical experience.
