Licensure: Valid and unrestricted Dental Hygiene License (RDH).

Job Description

Comprehensive Hygiene Services: Perform a full range of dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, detailed patient assessments, and non-surgical periodontal therapy.

Patient Education and Retention: Promote patient retention and drive treatment plan acceptance through excellent communication, thorough education, and fostering strong patient rapport.

Production Goals: Actively work to achieve personal and office production goals, maximizing success within the collections-based compensation model.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate seamlessly with dentists, assistants, and the administrative team to ensure a positive and seamless patient journey.

Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in strict accordance with office protocols and safety guidelines.

Benefits

Jobley Bonus: $90 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)

Shift & Schedule

Operating Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Typical Hours: Shifts run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break built in (8:00 AM–1:00 PM, 2:00 PM–5:00 PM).

Weekends: No weekend work required.
