Project ManagerProvide overall project management direction on a wide variety of construction and environmental projects. Personal initiative and critical thinking skills will be essential to complete job duties with minimal guidance. The position is deadline-driven, project managers must be able to set priorities, take ownership of projects, work efficiently, and provide a consistent level of high quality in a high-pressure environment. Project managers must demonstrate innovation, excellent communication skills, and a high level of customer service.Level I: $92,707-$114,493 per yearLevel II: $115,382-$144,228 per yearLevel Sr: $133,514-$168,228 per yearThis position comes with a competitive and comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with a 3% match, paid time off (PTO), and company-paid holidays.Although there is not an immediate opening for this position, applications will be kept on file and reviewed when opportunities become available.This position is telecommute eligible.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):Review and approve detailed project/component level plans.Manage and oversee projects including managing the subcontracting process, and subcontractors' activities, preparing technical evaluations on his/her engineering specialty, identifying and recommending solutions to mitigate issues and problems encountered during various construction phases, in accordance with project scope of work, acceptable construction code/practices, and Federal and State regulations.Develop and define acceptance criteria for all project phases/key deliverables. Ensure the project stays aligned to the strategic goals and delivers the planned/stated benefits.Provide engineering and technical guidance, support, coordination, and oversight to project staff preparing written project documentation.Identification analysis of all project risks and prepare for a risk response plan.Proactive communication of risks to concerned stakeholders.Identify and ensure the resolution of all project-level issues.Manage all communications between internal stakeholders, clients, and third parties.Align all the project components and groups to ensure project success.Supervise construction field staff and tradesmen. Work closely with site superintendents in executing a wide variety of construction activities, overseeing and conducting field quality control functions with field QC staff.Foster a high-performance team environment where diversity is valued and people are treated with respect and dignity.
