You will provide essential support to the housekeeping department by ensuring timely delivery and retrieval of guest amenities, supplies, and equipment. This role responds promptly to service requests through HotSOS, maintains organized and well‑stocked storage areas, and assists with guest room needs such as linen delivery and bed‑making. The Runner also ensures proper handling of lost and found items, equipment, and keys while upholding safety standards and delivering exceptional customer service. Log into HotSOS on assigned devices to receive and respond to service orders for the assigned area.
Pull service orders into “MyWork” immediately and maintain Service Level Agreements: 30 minutes for guest requests and 60 minutes for internal requests.
Demonstrate customer‑centric service behaviors at all times, responding professionally and promptly to guest and owner requests or concerns.
Pick up used items and return them to operations for sanitation.
Maintain housekeeping storage closets and equipment areas in a clean, organized, and well‑stocked condition.
Ensure the proper use, security, and return of equipment and keys, including golf carts, devices, and hand trucks.
Immediately report any damaged items to the supervisor or through HotSOS service orders.
Participate in training and assist fellow team members in their area as needed.
Complete projects or tasks as directed by management.
