Own the full-cycle recruiting process from initial outreach to offer acceptance
Build talent pipeline s through LinkedIn Recruiter research referrals and outbound calling
Manage client accounts through ongoing communication and search updates
Maintain accurate activity and data within the ATS/CRM system
This is a performance-driven role where activity strategy and relationship-building translate directly into earnings and advancement.

Youll join a collaborative high-performance environment where recruiters are developed not left to figure it out alone.
Recruiting experience preferably in an agency setting
Experience with sourcing outbound recruiting and passive candidate engagement
Comfortable managing activity metrics and performance goals
Construction industry experience/knowledge is a plus!
Ability to work onsite in our Plano office
