Project Architect - Architecture - Senior

B&N Senior Project Architect Responsibilities

Initiate design concepts, lead the development of construction documents, and carry a project through the construction administration process for multiple project types and sizes.

Responsible for managing all aspects of project document development and coordinating with all project team members to maintain the quality of the work product within the established project schedule.

Conduct technical reviews in support of our Quality Control program.

Attend meetings with client/contractor related to architectural aspects. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required from an NAAB accredited program

Registered Architect in Ohio with a NCARB certificate or ability to obtain through reciprocity

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, REVIT, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
