Job Statement/Purpose Pizza Cook is to execute the vision/mission of Uncle Joe’s Pizza in their Uncle Joe’s Pizzeria. Key responsibility areas include food production, quality assurance, and 100% customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Create an environment that consistently provides high levels of service to our guests.
Maintain food quality standards approved by Uncle Joe’s Pizza.
Maintain Uncle Joe’s Pizza standards of portion control and quality controls.
Participate in dough production, ensuring all dough is weighed and portion controlled.
Ensure that all areas of the kitchen/ prep area are clean and spotless.
Maintain a clean and sanitary working area (Clean as you go).
Job Specifications Municipal Food Worker Card.
Prior pizza making experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills required.
Excellent job skills and attendance required.
Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
Other Responsibilities Maintain production area cleanliness and appearance at all times.
Clean as you go.
Maintain proper stock rotations and efficient usage of product.
Ensure all vendor deliveries are stocked and rotated (FIFO).
Other tasks and duties based on the needs of the business
