Travel CVOR Registered Nurse opportunity in Akron, OH: join a fast-paced cardiac surgical team for a 13-week assignment with day shifts, required call, and hands-on cardiovascular operating room experience.

Akron, OH 44307 - Northeast Ohio healthcare setting with convenient access to city amenities, dining, and outdoor recreation

Shift: 5 shifts per week, 8-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,000 - $2,100

Approximately 16 hours

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio or a compact RN license in hand at the time of submission

At least 18 months of combined permanent experience in CVOR, cardiac surgery, or a related procedural nursing specialty

Experience circulating, scrubbing, and monitoring procedural or surgical cases preferred

One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty

CVOR Nursing Responsibilities

Support cardiovascular and procedural cases by circulating, scrubbing, and monitoring throughout the procedure

Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and the procedural team to promote safe, efficient patient care

Prepare equipment and maintain readiness for a variety of cardiac surgery and CVOR procedures

Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols, infection control standards, and safety procedures

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented healthcare environment focused on high-quality patient outcomes
