Evening Server / Host

Host/Hostess Position
Club Location: Eagle Brook Country Club - Geneva, IL
Arcis Golf team members thrive on anticipating needs, forging connections, and elevating experiences for our team, members, and guests. The Host/Hostess is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming first impression for members and guests. Coordinate table rotation and seating flow with servers and management
Answer phone calls, assist with inquiries, and take reservations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
Assist with special events, large parties, and member functions
Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Fast-paced hospitality setting
Clear communication between front-of-house team members
