This full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role is based in Aubrey, TX. The Insurance Agent will meet with clients to understand their financial protection needs, explain insurance options, and recommend suitable term life and other insurance products. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and networking to build a client base, preparing insurance proposals, processing applications, and maintaining ongoing client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with the team to stay current on product offerings, compliance requirements, and industry best practices, while providing clear, professional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle.

Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively present and match products to client needs. Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and Finance to navigate multiple products and support informed financial decisions. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and support clients over the long term. Relevant state insurance license (or willingness and ability to obtain one within a defined timeframe). Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts in clear, accessible language. Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, online applications) and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards. High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in business, finance, or a related field is beneficial.
