Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230

Location: Denver, CO 80222 (Greater Denver Metro Area) — Denver home health and hospice service area

Employment Type: Travel Contract (Travel RN / Travel Nurse)

Shift: 8-hour daytime shifts (8:00am - 4:30pm)

On Call/Weekend: Required (part of call rotation)

Job Requirements (Homecare RN / Travel RN)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or compact nursing license

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; home health or hospice experience preferred

Provide compassionate home health and hospice nursing care to patients across the Greater Denver Metro Area

Perform patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and deliver skilled nursing services in the home setting

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—physicians, social workers, aides, and hospice staff—to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Participate in the on-call rotation and provide weekend coverage as required

Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage patient care coordination

Adapt to changing patient needs and schedules while prioritizing patient safety and quality of care
