Telemarketer (B2B Lead Generator / Appointment Setter)

Earn up to $45k-55k base + uncapped commission

What You’ll Be Doing
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to B2B prospects and key decision-makers

Build rapport quickly, uncover needs, and handle objections effectively

Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for the Outside Sales team

Multi-Channel Outreach

Engage prospects through phone, email, text, and social media

Support and execute targeted outreach campaigns

Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and approach

CRM & Pipeline Management

Track all outreach and activity within Salesforce (or similar CRM)

Follow up consistently with warm and prospective leads

Ensure a smooth and professional handoff to Outside Sales

What We’re Looking For

3-5 years of B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience

Comfort with high-volume outbound activity

Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills

Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable

Experience in facility services or a related industry is a plus
