Are you a driven and skilled attorney with 2-3 years of experience in insurance defense? Degan, Blanchard & Nash (DBN) is looking for a talented professional like you to be part of our innovative legal team.

Managing a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and liability claims.

Conducting thorough legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Providing strategic legal advice and counsel to clients.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting insurance defense.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• 2–3 years of experience in casualty litigation
• Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills
• Participation in bonus programs
