Our full-time team members work Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday. Part-time team members will work two days a week plus one weekend day.

Responsibilities of a Caregiver / Care Partner:
Provide resident centered personal care including bathroom assistance, washing, dressing/undressing, obtaining vital signs, and social support
Assist residents in transferring, repositioning and walking using correct transfer techniques and equipment
Deliver a positive dining experience and assist residents with meals, snacks and supplements
Document resident care and behavior
Qualifications of a Caregiver / Care Partner:
You are not required to be a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) - we will train the right candidates
Dedication to and passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skills
Positive attitude, the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents and the ability to work in a team environment are keys to success
Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident’s best interest
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred but not required.
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
