Rn, registered nurse - emergency care

Wellspring, part of Evergreen and Wellspring Retirement Community, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide clinical support and care for our residents. This role emphasizes a mission of HEART (Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect, Teamwork) and involves daily clinical operations to meet resident needs.

Responsible for medication supervision/administration in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines.

May be responsible for the admissions of new residents to include all admission assessments and documentation.

Responsible for completing acute and long‑term care plans or service plans.

Provide general consultation regarding health‑related concerns within the community.

Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in resident’s health and provide proper documentation.

Respond quickly to all emergencies.

Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information.

Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.

Level of Formal Education: An Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school, or two years related experience and/or training equivalent.

Area of Study: Nursing

Type of Experience: Skilled, sub‑acute, or memory care setting

Special Certifications: Current Registered Nurse license with no judgments against it, CPR certified.

Language Skills: Acceptable fluency in English to perform job duties and communicate with supervisors, coworkers, residents, and applicable third parties.

Basic computer skills.
