BizFirst is assisting our client with recruiting a highlyskilled and experienced DAI BPA Program Manager in Washington, D.Remote).The person in this position will provide overall leadership and guidance personnelassigned to orders on the BPA, including assigning tasks to contractorpersonnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overallperformance. The DAI PM will play a crucial role in organizing,directing, and supervising business operations, processes, and technicalconsiderations for the Government. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in supporting and managing large, complex program management,specifically within the DoD and utilizing DAI and Oracle Federal Financials.

Accountable for maintaining high standards of quality andoperational efficiency throughout the BPA

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to theteam members.

Possess a PMP certification.

Possess a Certified DefenseFinancial Management (CDFM) certification.

Minimum of five (5) years programmanagement experience supporting and managing large, complex DoDERP/accounting systems utilizing DAI and Oracle Federal Financials.
