Cleaning and Restoration Technician Job Summary
Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company's obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.
Cleaning and Restoration Technician Qualifications and Experience

• Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED).
• Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Computer Skills: Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.)
• Highly Desired Certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
• Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)* preferred but not required

Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)
Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS)
Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT)

Cleaning and Restoration Technician Responsibilities
Effectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services the company offers (Opportunities exist to earn Mold Mitigation; Fire & Water Damage Restoration certifications and experience quickly). (Hourly rate increases as experience and certifications are gained in water mitigation, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos certifications are added. Commissions are possible on top of hourly rate)
Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
Communicate effectively with customers.
Perform basic equipment maintenance.
Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
Maintain inventory of related supplies.
Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
