As Warehouse Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring materials and products move efficiently through our operation while supporting manufacturing, customer deliveries, and inventory excellence.

This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and make a direct impact on operational performance in a collaborative, safety-focused manufacturing environment. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of products and materials for Feed & Biofuel operations. This role manages the warehouse team, drives operational efficiency, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team to meet customer delivery and warehousing requirements.

• Oversee the receipt, storage, handling, and shipping of finished and purchased products.
• Ensure accurate inventory control, including daily checks, cycle counts, and spot inventories.
• Maintain storage location files and inventory records using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Resolve warehouse-related customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, and Sales teams to optimize material flow and minimize handling.
• Support plant-wide improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives.
• Act as a key SAP user to support accurate storage, movement, and distribution of materials.

• High School or GED diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including team leadership.
• Experience managing a warehouse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Proven ability to implement process improvements and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• International logistics and vendor management experience.
• Tact and human relations skills in dealing with supervisors, planning department, and sales personnel.

• Work is primarily performed in an office setting, with regular visits to production and logistics areas.
• Exposure to dust, fumes, high heat/cold, and noisy conditions during warehouse and vendor site visits.
• may operate forklift truck.
• Must be able to operate standard office equipment (e.g., phone, computer, copier).
• Requires manual dexterity, visual acuity, coordination, and the ability to work extended hours as needed.
• Must communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in writing.
