Operations Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations within a high-volume distribution center. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in distribution, logistics, or retail operations who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing teams while driving continuous improvement.
Operations Leadership

Supervise the day-to-day operations of assigned warehouse departments.
Lead, coach, and motivate associates to achieve productivity, quality, and service goals.
Monitor attendance, performance, and accuracy while addressing performance concerns through established coaching and corrective action processes.
Observe team performance and provide ongoing feedback and support.
Process Improvement

Utilize SAP EWM or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to monitor operations and track performance.
Prepare daily and weekly operational reports, including productivity metrics and departmental performance.
Training & Development

Train and onboard new employees and temporary associates.
Cross-train team members to provide operational flexibility during peak periods and employee absences.
Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
Adapt quickly to changing business priorities and operational needs.
Support multiple departments as needed to ensure business objectives are achieved.
Prioritize competing responsibilities while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred
Experience using SAP, SAP EWM, or another Warehouse Management System preferred

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work 4045 hours per week, including overtime as business needs require
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
