Team Members Responsibilities

Pleasant and upbeat attitude, greeting every Guest with a smile and providing great Guest Service

Cooks and prepares food accurately as listed on prep list as per Willy's specs and procedures

Follows Willy's food safety policies and procedures.

Sets up prep area and compartment sinks for dish washing.

Re-stocks items on the service line as needed.

Washes dishes.

Maintains a clean work environment.

Grooming - all employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Willy's Mexicana Grill's standards.

Requirements

Must reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe counters and equipment.

Must be able to carry boxes and containers weighing up to 50 pounds 20 times per shift.

Reading and writing skills are required.

Operate a cash register and make change.

Walks and stand during the entire shift.

Frequent washing of hands.

Hazards may include, but are not limited to; cuts, burns and falls. Works with cleaning chemicals.

Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Willy's Mexicana Grills standards.
