Transportation/Insurance Defense Attorney

A law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join their Worcester, MA, Hartford, CT, or Boston, MA offices. Our client is a well‑established insurance defense and civil litigation firm with a strong footprint throughout the Northeast. The firm represents insurers, businesses, municipalities, and other institutional clients in complex litigation matters across multiple offices in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, New York, and Maine. Practice areas include insurance defense, coverage and bad faith, general liability, construction litigation, transportation, professional liability, employment litigation, product liability, catastrophic injury, and other high‑exposure civil matters. The firm offers sophisticated casework, strong trial talent, and a collaborative mid‑sized platform with a regional reach.

Handle a varied litigation caseload such as construction losses, liquor liability, premises liability, trucking accidents, and product liability matters.

Work directly with experts and attend site inspections.

Draft, argue, and respond to motions.

Receive ongoing mentorship, skills training, and shadowing opportunities.

2-7 years of litigation experience.

Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and/or Connecticut.

Strong academic credentials.

Experience in insurance defense, general liability, product liability, construction litigation, or related civil litigation preferred.

Interest in long‑term litigation growth and courtroom development.
