Safely and efficiently ensures bar is properly stocked, barware is clean, and generally supports the smooth and efficient behind-the-scenes operation of the bar for the bartender. Prepare bar for service – wipe clean, refill all condiments and supplies at the end of each shift

Fill condiment containers, ice, other bar/table supplies

Safely use appropriate cleaning compounds and chemicals

Provide high level customer service, communicate effectively with guests and team members, follow instructions, ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure
