The Crystal Coast Pain Management division of ECAA is seeking a motivated and customer service–focused individual to join the Front Desk team in our Jacksonville location. Register patients and verify demographic and insurance information

Answer and route phone calls professionally

Document accurately in the EHR system (eClinicalWorks)

Close cash drawer and process daily transactions

Prior medical front desk, healthcare office, or call center experience preferred

Comfortable using EHR systems and standard office software
