Bilingual Managing Recruiter
ES Management Group Inc
WFE Management Inc. is seeking a recruiter to identify and hire candidates for current and prospective openings across a multi-site organization. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish abilities and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.
You will partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, manage full-cycle recruiting, and implement employment marketing strategies while maintaining timely candidate pipelines and relationships.
