Bilingual Recruiter - Full Time

Bilingual Recruiter role supporting part-time or full-time recruiting and placement in Columbus, NE, with an emphasis on English and Spanish communication.
Source and engage candidates through online job boards , networking events, referrals, social media , and community outreach
Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-screened candidates for current and future roles
Provide clear, ongoing communication with English and Spanish-speaking candidates throughout the recruiting process
Act as a trusted point of contact for Spanish-speaking candidates and associates
Translate or communicate key job information, including expectations, policies, orientations, schedules, and employment-related details
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, share candidate qualifications, and maintain follow-up to support successful placements
Document recruiting and placement activity, messages, candidate information, and client communications in the database
Provide bilingual support during onboarding when needed
opportunities through community networking, relationship building with diverse talent pools, and social media
Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal communication skills in both languages
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Strong computer skills, including CRM software and Microsoft Office
Ability to act with urgency and deliver high-quality service to clients and candidates
Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or human resources experience is preferred but not required
