Two recent Letters of Recommendation from Supervisors
Copy of Transcripts showing four-year degree
Licenses/Certifications Required: Valid School Nurse Credential; Registered Nurse License; BSN; School Audiometrist Certificate; CPR certification, CA Driver's License. (Or willingness to pursue School Nurse Credential and School Audiometrist Certificate.)

Letter of interest, resume, copy of credential or letter from the university verifying date of credential program completion, and letters of recommendation also need to be submitted online as attachments.
