Associate Buyer - Men's Fashion

Role: Associate Buyer, Men's Team
Participate in the development of plans to align to seasonal buying decisions and product purchases.
Take full ownership of the assigned product category, managing product selection, pricing, inventory, and overall performance to drive sales and profitability.
Partner with the buying team and other Fashion Nova colleagues to collaborate with new suppliers and bring the best products to customers.
Coach and mentor assistant buyers in product selection, trend analysis, and vendor management while supporting their professional growth.
Manage ad hoc projects as assigned by management, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising or related field.
2–3 years of experience in buying/merchandising, ideally within the eCommerce fashion space.
Ability to work efficiently and maintain high quality; English required; additional languages are an advantage.
Monday – Friday, core business hours; Comprehensive health insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)
