As a Route Account Representative, you will manage an established customer route using a company-owned truck. You will be the face of Jackson Services for the businesses you serve, making sure customers receive the products, service, and support they need each week.

• As a Route Account Representative, you will manage and service a group of customer accounts on an assigned route. You will build relationships, provide dependable service, and help customers keep their businesses running smoothly.

Visiting established customer accounts on your route

Delivering clean uniforms, mats, linens, and facility service products

Picking up used products for cleaning and processing

Building strong relationships with customers and being their regular point of contact

Making sure customers have the right products and inventory levels

Identifying opportunities to improve service or offer additional solutions

Using handheld technology to track service, inventory, and customer needs

Driving a company-owned truck safely and responsibly

Taking ownership of your route and your customer relationships

You do not need to have route experience we will train the right person.

Are comfortable talking with customers

Strong customer service skills

Basic computer or handheld device skills

High school diploma or equivalent
