Compensation Base pay is $20.00 per hour + tips

Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks

Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards

Work all café positions — our baristas are cross‑trained and adaptable – including working in our kitchens to make food to order

Produces proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications

Stock all necessary ingredients in accordance with each station's needs

Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas

Qualifications 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred

Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service

Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays and at least 22 hours worked each week
