Develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans

Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance work, transfer training, and functional mobility treatment

Help residents recover following illness, injury, surgery, or hospitalization

Identify fall risk, weakness, and changes in functional status

Educate residents, families, and caregivers

Collaborate with nursing, physicians, OT, SLP, and other members of the care team

Current or eligible South Carolina Physical Therapist license

Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills
