We are seeking a full-time, experienced Home Service Dispatcher . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with computers. While experience in the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning industry is not required, we value individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to our team's success.

Pre-call customers and coordinate service requests
Report field-related issues to the Service Manager
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Follow company communication procedures and policies
Provide exceptional customer service and go the extra mile to engage clients
Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel
- Available to work Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM with Saturday rotation.
